WE@UCLA is the program for Women Engineers at UCLA. We are committed to maintaining an environment that enhances the personal and professional development of women, provides opportunities and resources for women to develop self-efficacy and leadership skills, and facilitates their entry into academic, industrial and research careers.
WE@UCLA is open to all undergraduate and graduate level female Engineering students, and encompasses UCLA’s extensive network of active alumnae.
Female students in UCLA Engineering are automatically enrolled in the WE@UCLA program, which provides them access to unique opportunities to academic and career success:
