UCLA Engineering is now building Engineering VI, a $130 million research and teaching facility in the heart of the UCLA campus.
Engineering VI will serve as the anchor for novel discoveries, inventions and collaboration. A 250-seat education and conference center will provide a focal point for regional and UCLA Engineering events. An engineering alumni suite will provide a permanent hub for thousands of graduates. The Institute for Technology Advancement, the school’s start-up incubator, will be housed in Engineering VI, as will the Computer Science Department and centers of excellence focusing on green energy, nanotechnology and new materials.
